Toxicological tests for body found three days ago in Ibiza

The Anatomic Forensic Institute in Eivissa have sent samples of the body found in the torrent de sa Joveria last Wednesday to the Barcelona National Institute of Toxicology for testing.

All indications are that this could be a drug addict, because police said that the body was found in an area that is often frequented by people with dependence on and addiction to narcotics.

An autopsy was performed on Thursday morning but the final results of the tests may not be available for several months. Currently nothing more is known about the deceased person.

The body was found in an advanced state of decomposition due to the length of time that has elapsed since the time of death.
