Gastro Thursday’s in Santa Eulalia (‘Gastro Jueves’ en Santa Eulalia)
When: 8th January – 2nd March

Fair of the Gerret Fish (Fira des Gerret)
When: Saturday 4th March from 11am onwards
Where: Carrer de San Jaume (Main High Street) Santa Eulalia
About: Fishermans and charitable associations of Ibiza team up with the council to promote the local Gerret fish found in the surrounding waters of Ibiza. Not only a great day out for all the family, but also a perfect opportunity to try before you buy, with tasting of the tony delicious fish, competitions, live music and expositions taking place in the main street on Santa Eulalia.
Pinchos & Beer Every Thursday in San Antonio (Pintxa Cada Jueves en Sant Antonio)
When: Every Thursday from 9th March – 13th April
Where: Participating Restaurants in San Antonio
About: Enjoy authentic mini gastronomy in San Antonio this Spring with great deals on pinchos and bars every Thursday night will neighbouring restaurants battle it out to be crowned ‘Best Pincho Bar’ in San Antonio’s spring competition.
Ibiza Flavour of Spring (Ibiza Sabor de Primavera)
When: Beginning mid April
Where: All around different participating restaurants all over the island of Ibiza.
About: Every year the council of Ibiza puts on a different food festival one for Autumn, and another for Spring. Usually it consists of two different set menus that focus on one key ingredient typical to the island, there’s usually some good deals to be had and some delicious food to be tasted. They are yet to announce the details of this years spring festival, but keeping checking the official Ibiza Tourism website and watch this space for details.
