Energy Week Ibiza is an annual event focusing on wellbeing, personal development, healing and healthy nutrition. The 7th edition of this event will take place between 21-27 October in several locations around the island.

When Energy Week Ibiza was born, it was planned more as a conference with talks, workshops and seminars. From listening to the participants requests for more outdoor activities and to be more in contact with nature, the event went through a transformation and now can be compared with a “holistic holiday retreat” – perfect for those looking to unwind, relax and rejuvenate outside of Ibiza’s main holiday season.

The main location for this year’s anniversary is Casa Ibango – a secluded house nestled in the quiet countryside of San Rafael. Throughout the week Casa Ibango will host, in it’s wonderful garden and in the open-air Mandala amphitheatre, the majority of the workshops, fitness workouts and yoga classes.

International instructors & teachers will cover topics like stress management, consciousness, healthy living and fitness in general. Other activities planned during the week include meditation circles, wellbeing treatments, walking activities, vegan/raw food classes as well as a little organic market. The organisers say: ”We want to give something back to the island and cherish the beauty and healing powers of Ibiza after a stressful summer season”.

The opening weekend takes place on Saturday the 21st at Casa Ibango, and on the Sunday, the event will run at Elements Beach Club, in the north of the island. Both these days are free to attend, where everyone can join in on the activities. A special week pass is also available for just 139€ and allows you to get the most benefit from this well-curated event.

Energy Week Ibiza could be just the boost you need, so get registered and join in on this holistic adventure of healing and renewal!
