Eivissa Medieval

The popular Eivissa Medieval is just around the corner, this colourful celebration has become an unmissable event for many island residents! This year celebration will last for 4 days, from Thursday the 10th to Sunday the 13th of May.

This Medieval Fair is a celebration of Ibiza being granted World Heritage status by UNESCO in 1999 in recognition of the island’s special cultural significance to the common heritage of humanity and in honour of its long and well-preserved history.

Like every year the Council is making a special effort to ensure that the medieval theme is as genuine as possible – with a large market, many cultural activities and live performances.

During these days the narrow, cobbled streets of Dalt Villa are transformed with colourful flags and stalls selling handmade products, crafts, exotic spices, delicious foods, and much more. Craftsmen and artists show off their skills while jugglers, jesters and puppeteers entertain the kids. Theatrical performances, knight tournaments and beautiful princesses wandering around Dalt Villa will add that magical touch to the Medieval Fair atmosphere.

During these 4 days you can experience a true journey back in time which can be enjoyed by all ages and is completely free of charge!
