Ibiza Sabor is the biannual food festival that celebrates the gastronomy of Ibiza and the island tradition. This autumn edition will take place until the 2nd of December.
Ibiza Sabor comes back this autumn to enhance some emblematic products and tradition of the island, like the traditional “Matanza”. During these gastronomic days, organized by the Consell of Ibiza and the PIMEEF, the leading players are the black pig, the fish of “Peix Nostrum”, the honey, the wine of Ibiza identified as “Vino de la Terra”, the famous hierbas of Ibiza and the craft beer.
An autumn agenda full of flavours which will be celebrated in the restaurants that also this year have joined these gastronomic days. The 38 restaurants participating in the event are offering a special menu for only 25euros, a menu designed to celebrate Autumn’s flavours and promote the traditional recipes of the island. If you are not up for a full meal you can enjoy a tapas version for 7€, including a glass of wine or craft beer. Can Alfredo, Can Curreu, Can Caus, Reart, Sa Nansa, Can Lluc, Mirador de Dalt Vila are just some of the restaurants joining these gastronomic days. For full list: Click here.
